Cayla was a huge disappointment. She didn't greet me when I walked in like most of the other stylists do, when I say down she put the blanket on WAY too tight around my neck, I had to ask her to loosen it, but it was still too tight the second time. She then proceeded to try to cut my skin off with the clippers, using way too much force and speed cutting my hair, it hurt. After the haircut she took me back to wash my hair which I hoped would be more pleasant, but it wasn't. She sprayed the water into my ears multiple times, got water on my shorts, and then the massage didn't last as long as usual (I come here every couple of weeks). After the shower we went back to the chair and she put some product in my hair and said I was done, at which point I had to ask to have the shoulder massage which is included for the premium price I pay for the MVP service. Overall she seemed like she was in a hurry and didn't want to be there, saying about 8 words to me the whole haircut.

Over the last 5 visits my average wait time exceeds 1.5 hrs just to get in the chair. As a business owner myself I understand that wait times are sometimes necessary. But what seems to be happening here is that at least on Weekends there are never enough stylists. Always two only never more. The addition of one more stylist would literally cut wait times in half or more. It’s for this fact that I can not give more than one star. One star simply because a 1/2 star is not possible. If I ran my restaurant like this place is run, I would be out of business. During my most recent wait I watched at least 5 people walk-in, sign in, and then leave after waiting. At an average of $20 per head that’s $100 in revenue lost. If you are losing $100 per day in revenue.... let’s say 7 days per week... over the course thats roughly $36000 in revenue per year lost. Gaining customers isn’t your problem.... keeping them is. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Worst, unecessary, waiting experience ever. Most expensive haircut I never got. Other issues with another store in same day bringing me to this one. Now just done. Too bad as I tip very well too (sometimes in double digits). Funny enough too, as I walked out calmly (about 45min after my 60 min wait from checking in online) I can almost guarantee they were thinking, "Oh well, his loss he was so close to getting in the chair", but I have been led to believe after my experience that if I got into that chair the experience would have continued to decline as there was no remedy for this, and also that after waiting so long the haircut would then take another 30 minutes while product sale attempts are being made. I would have been even more livid so why stay. Also had things to do, sort of expected to get my haircut within 15 min of arriving 60 min after check in, but nope brushed off instead. (Was first on lost when I walked in too) waiting 45min in store after waiting 60 from check in just to try to tip someone well was totally stupid, but at least I left and didn't go through with the rest of the horrible experience.
